One Medical Group was founded in response to increasingly outdated doctor’s offices and out-of-touch practices. One Medical’s patients enjoy same-day appointments, more time with their doctor, spa-like waiting rooms, email-access to doctors, and online prescription refills. Our assignment was to create a fully integrated campaign that would communicate this idea of the “The doctor’s office. Reinvented.” Simple but bold visuals helped to create an own-able look that has separated One Medical’s ads from other medical ads featuring smiling patients and doctors.
“The doctor’s office. Reinvented” campaign produced strong results; One Medical Group saw the fastest membership growth year over year nationally as well as member acquisition numbers that increased each month. Additionally, May of 2015 was the most successful month in history of the company – with the campaign helping capture approximately 7,600 new members.
