Let’s take this relationship to the next level.

Work with HUb.

This is the part where you send us an email and say, "Let's work together!" or "Tell me more!" or "I'm not sure what to say, but can we chat about marketing?" Whatever it is, we’re looking forward to it. Hit us up here for our San Francisco or Philly office and we'll be in touch.

Work at HUb.

Want to work together? Check out our open positions here or just send us an email (we're always looking for good peeps). We’ll go wait patiently by our computer.

We’re looking for a Senior Integrated Producer to oversee broadcast/video, print and digital production at the agency

We realize that sounds like a lot, so let us explain. We’re looking for someone who is very comfortable with broadcast/video and radio production, very comfortable. But we’re small and scrappy, and also need someone who can run with print production, mostly outdoor, as well as digital production, mostly banners and social content. You will work very closely with our account and creative teams, so don’t worry, you won’t be on your own.

Some of what that entails includes managing budgets and timelines, building and communicating with the crew, sourcing equipment, overseeing the pre-production process, but also the shoot and post-production process. On the print side, you will work closely with the creative team, our pre-press house and the account management team to deliver assets to support our clients print and outdoor media plans. And for digital, you will manage the production process from start to finish, from building schedules to delivery of assets.

Ideally you remain relatively calm under pressure (not so calm we suspect you’re sedated), show good judgment (duh), and are fun to hang out with – we’re a small office, we want to spend our time with people we like and at least occasionally make us laugh.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience at a production company or in an agency production department
  • Sharp attention to detail, yet an eye on the big picture
  • Super proactive; always one step ahead of everyone else
  • Ability to multi-task. You will need to set priorities, manage timelines, manage people and ensure follow-through on tasks.
  • Extensive experience producing broadcast television/video; some experience with digital and print production
  • An understanding of how to be “scrappy”; we tend to do more with less for our clients
  • Ability to develop schedules, manage tight deadlines and keep everyone on task every step of the way
  • Ability to build and manage to production budgets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative problem-solver
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Due to the high volume of submissions, we will only be able to respond to applicants who we feel will be a good fit. Also, if you are a prince from some country we’ve never heard of and you want us to give you our personal banking info so that you can deposit millions of dollars into our account as part of your father’s last wishes… We’re onto you.

Enough about you. Let’s talk about us.

We enjoy long walks on the sidewalk and laughing manically. We have medium/OK personalities and a few of us can whistle. One of us knows how to sail and zero of us can do a Rubik’s cube. We also have an office overstock of three out of the four things: beef jerky, hand sanitizer, pretzel chips and loose jewels. That should probably give you a pretty thorough understanding of what we’re about. Ok, all jokes aside, we’re a small agency in the Presidio with a unique business model that allows us to deliver truly integrated marketing. And clearly, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Our work? We take very seriously.

Back to you:

You must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, as the agency does not cover relocation costs. No phone calls, gift baskets, or headshots please.  We know it’s a rough job market out there, and you want to stand out, but just try to play it cool and send us your cover letter and resume. We’ll take it from there.

We’re looking for a whizz bang hybrid Producer/Account Manager to manage some key accounts while also overseeing video production at the agency

This is a unique role in an agency for someone who has serious broadcast/video production chops, but is also drawn to account management, managing clients, relationships and projects.

Your typical day could include managing budgets and timelines, building and communicating with a crew, sourcing equipment, overseeing pre-production, managing a shoot, or overseeing post production. But it might also include developing a creative brief, presenting a new idea to a client with a creative partner or talking to client about a scope of work.

We are looking for someone who has the experience and savvy to keep the ship moving in the right direction, to get us to our destination on time and in style.
