Let’s take this relationship to the next level.

Work with HUb.

This is the part where you send us an email and say, "Let's work together!" or "Tell me more!" or "I'm not sure what to say, but can we chat about marketing?" Whatever it is, we’re looking forward to it. Hit us up here for our San Francisco or Philly office and we'll be in touch.

Work at HUb.

Want to work together? Check out our open positions here or just send us an email (we're always looking for good peeps). We’ll go wait patiently by our computer.

Are you an entrepreneurial self-starter, highly motivated problem-solver? Great, this seems like it’s going really well. Read on.

HUb is looking for an Account Supervisor to lead the day-to-day business on multiple accounts.

You will need to have strong strategic marketing chops, senior-level client contact experience, excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.

You need to be willing to jump into any situation, wear many hats, and know how to get things done.

You’ll also be required to motivate, supervise and work closely with creative teams. Ideally you remain relatively calm under pressure (not so calm we suspect you’re sedated), show good judgment (duh), and are fun to hang out with – we’re a small office, we want to spend our time with people we like and at least occasionally make us laugh.

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • – 5-7 years of experience in an account management role
  • – Experience leading senior-level client relationships & strategic thinking
  • – Strong grasp of the full picture: brand positioning & marketing strategy, creative development, media planning, and production/project management
  • – Well versed in all facets of production – video, digital, and print
  • – No fear of budgets, Excel, numbers, etc.

Due to the high volume of submissions, we will only be able to respond to applicants who we feel will be a good fit. Also, if you are a prince from some country we’ve never heard of and you want us to give you our personal banking info so that you can deposit millions of dollars into our account as part of your father’s last wishes… We’re onto you.

Enough about you. Let’s talk about us.

We enjoy long walks on the sidewalk and laughing manically. We have medium/OK personalities and a few of us can whistle. One of us knows how to sail and zero of us can do a Rubik’s cube. We also have an office

overstock of three out of the four things: beef jerky, hand sanitizer, pretzel chips and loose jewels. That should probably give you a pretty thorough understanding of what we’re about. Ok, all jokes aside, we’re a small agency in the Presidio with a unique business model that allows us to deliver truly integrated marketing. And clearly, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Our work? We take very seriously.

Back to you:

You must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, as the Agency does not cover relocation costs. No phone calls, gift baskets, or headshots please. We know it’s a rough job market out there, and you want to stand out, but just try to play it cool and send your cover letter and resume to the email listed.

HUb is looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead the day-to-day business on key accounts.

We need someone who has the experience and the hustle to keep the ship moving in the right direction. We are looking for someone to get us to our destination on time and in style; someone who will inspire trust and confidence with our clients, while tactfully guiding them to make smart decisions; someone who has the potential to be a strategic leader and creative thinker as they grow in their career. Unlike a typical agency, HUb offers a unique and deep experience with diverse responsibilities.

Ideally you remain relatively calm under pressure (not so calm we suspect you’re sedated), show good judgment (duh), and are fun to hang out with – we’re a small office, we want to spend our time with people we like and at least occasionally make us laugh.

STUFF YOU GET TO DO:

  • – Proactively manage the creative developmental process from idea generation through execution, ensuring the HUb team is on schedule and within budget
  • – Communicate effectively with clients: manage expectations, speak, write, and present clearly and persuasively
  • – Problem solve positively, overcome obstacles, and always work toward identifying/reaching the next steps
  • – Be accountable for keeping the HUb team on schedule and on budget
  • – Exercise fluency in broadcast, digital, and print production processes
  • – Manage specific scopes of HUb work, coordinating resources, freelancers, and internal budgets
  • – Communicate clearly and precisely with clients on schedules, deliverables, financial and billing issues

– Be a champion of work – strategically and creatively

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

– Ideally this candidate has prior advertising agency experience working in account management (2 – 4 years)
– B2C campaign and brand advertising experience preferred
– Expertise in broadcast, digital, and print production
– Strong client-facing skills, ability to partner with clients and build trust
– Good multi-tasker, project manager, and budget wrangler

HUb is looking for a swiss army knife Junior Designer to work in our San Francisco office. A person who is equally excited about branding, advertising, digital and everything in between. You are curious, eager, self-driven and hungry…cause we have snacks. You are a conceptual thinker with strong design chops. You’re confident building production ready files for print or digital and it would be great if you also have video/motion design skills you like to show off every once in a while. HTML? Yeah, we’ll take that too. Your time will be split between concepting new ideas and bringing those ideas to life as well as pitching in on any agency needs in our day-to-day business.

We work on fun projects with fun clients. We like to think we’re fun people and we need you to be a fun person too. We are serious about the work we do without taking ourselves too seriously.

We try to not get all demandy – but we do have some requests:

– You have 1-2 years of experience as an in-house or agency designer.

– You are proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and Sketch. InVision, Premiere, After Effects and a deep understanding of the Matrix are a plus.

– You have the ability to confidently present your concepts and designs and are open to feedback.

– You’re no copywriter, but you have the ability to communicate clearly in person and in written communication.

– You are a problem solver. Like when you have to pack all the bags in the trunk, you love figuring out the exact order and orientation each bag needs to fit just right. Like that.

– You have an online portfolio that demonstrates how you have used all these skills to crack tough design solutions.

To apply for this position please send a cover letter, resume and a link to your online portfolio.
